HELLO BROOKLYNITES!

Full-body HIIT workout designed to get your heart pumping and on an endorphin high in just 30 minutes. EVERY SATURDAY AT 10:00 AM WITH SHERICA!

The class is separated into four rounds:
Round One - Cardio
Round Two - Strength
Round Three - Intervals
Round Four - Core

We will be meeting at the Prison Ship Martyrs Monument at the top of the stairs in FORT GREENE PARK FIVE MINUTES BEFORE CLASS.

If you are late to class, please find us down the stairs we will be working out there!

Please bring a water bottle and a mat if you have one, if not no worries :)
